A. TRIP FACILITIES

Additional Information:

• All participants must prepare a health certificate or rapid antigen test results (if required).

B. TRIP ITINERARY

=======================================================

NEW SEMERU TREKKING SCHEDULE: 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS ON THE MOUNTAIN
Total trip duration: 4 days (1 day for camping at Ranupane).

Day 1:

10:00-11:00: Gather at Malang Station Square
11:00-12:00: Travel to Tumpang
12:00-14:00: Prepare for the journey to Ranupane (coffee break, shop for logistics, and other necessities)
14:00-16:00: Travel to Ranupane via special jeep
16:00 onwards: Handle administrative matters and camp for 1 night at Ranupane | Meals 1 & 2 |

Day 2:

05:00-07:00: Wake up, pray, breakfast, and prepare for trekking | Meal 3 |
07:00-08:00: Trekking briefing by TNBTS staff
08:00-12:00: Trek to Ranu Kumbolo
12:00-13:00: Rest, pray, coffee break, and lunch | Meal 4 |
13:00-18:00: Trek to Kalimati
18:00-19:30: Rest, pray, summit briefing, and dinner | Meal 5 |
19:30-01:00: Sleep and prepare physically for the summit

Day 3:

00:01-01:00: Wake up and prepare for the summit | Meal 6 |
Summit to Mahameru is at the participant’s own risk. Organizers will accompany with strict regulations.
01:00-07:00: Trek to Mahameru
07:00-08:00: Enjoy the Mahameru summit
08:00-10:00: Return to Kalimati
10:00-14:00: Rest, eat, and pack | Meal 7 |
14:00-19:00: Return to Ranu Kumbolo
19:00 onwards: Camp at Ranu Kumbolo, rest, pray | Meal 8 |

Day 4:

05:00-07:00: Wake up, pray, breakfast, and pack | Meal 9 |
07:00-13:00: Return to Ranupane | Meal 10 |
13:00-15:00: Return to Tumpang
15:00-16:00: Return to Malang

D. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

=======================================================

1. Open for public participants.
2. Minimum of 10 participants.
3. Meeting Points: Malang Station Square and Tumpang Jeep Basecamp.
4. Participants must pay a minimum down payment of 50% of the total price.
5. Reservations without payment will not be accepted.
6. Payments can be made in installments (minimum 2 times).
7. Full payment must be completed no later than 1 day before the trip via official PT Fournusa Infinity Travelindo account.
8. Registration closes 2 days before the trip date.
9. Participants with specific medical conditions are advised to consult their doctor and prepare personal medication.
10. Trekking preparation will be done through a WhatsApp Group and will include an MoU and technical instructions.

SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

=======================================================

1. If a participant cancels, payment is non-refundable. This rule exists because payments from registered participants are immediately allocated for trip operations such as permits, equipment, porter bookings, and other needs.

2. If the organizer cancels the trip, the payment will be fully refunded minus the cost of purchased train/plane tickets. The ticket will be given to the participant (if the trip includes transportation tickets). Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the trip ends.

3. In case of FORCE MAJEURE, participants will have the following options:
   A. Reschedule the trip to a different date.
   B. Change the destination to another location on the same or a different date with adjusted costs.
   C. Cancel participation (payment will be forfeited).

4. Participants who register for this trip are considered to have understood and agreed to all terms and conditions.

FORCE MAJEURE: Circumstances beyond both parties’ control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, sabotage, civil unrest, blockades, or government policies, particularly those caused by uncontrollable situations.
